At Zephyr Lane Stained Glass, each piece is thoughtfully handmade.

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• Made-to-order or custom pieces may require 3–12 weeks to complete, depending on complexity.
  Processing times will be noted on individual product listings.
   

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers with tracking provided.

• Domestic shipping (U.S.): Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after dispatch.
   

Packaging

All items are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We aim to use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, please contact us right away if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit—we’ll do our best to assist you with a claim or replacement.
 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in North Georgia.
