Refund Policy

At Zephyr Lane Stained Glass, every piece is crafted with care.
We want you to love your order, but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle refunds:

Returns & Refunds:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and safely packaged.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process after approval.

     

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for refund unless damaged.

  • Sale items may not be eligible for refund unless stated otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at zephyrlanestainedglass@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
You MUST include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
