We want you to love your order, but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle refunds:

Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and safely packaged.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process after approval.​​
Non-Refundable Items:

Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for refund unless damaged.

Sale items may not be eligible for refund unless stated otherwise.

You MUST include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
