By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Orders & Payment

All products are handmade and subject to availability. Full payment is required at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
 

2. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe specified at checkout. Custom orders may require additional time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Zephyr Lane Stained Glass is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
 

3. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Send photos of item & shipping materials to zephyrlaneglassworks@gmail.com with "PHOTOS FOR ORDER [your order number]" in the subject line.
Items must be returned for return or exchange, no exception.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
**If an item was marked as a gift at checkout, the return window is extended to 30 days for the recipient, provided a gift receipt was included.
 

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged upon arrival.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and products on this website are the property of Zephyr Lane Stained Glass and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. *Unless stated otherwise.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

Zephyr Lane Stained Glass is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or website.
